Stepping into 2024, welcoming fresh opportunities and challenges, we are thrilled to announce the promotions of our exceptionally talented associates—Angela Vania Rustandi, Amelia Rohana Sonang, and Zuhal Dwi Saputra—to the position of Senior Associates in our Projects and Infrastructure Practice Group (PIPG).

The addition of these Senior Associates marks a pivotal moment for UMBRA. The firm continues to thrive and transform, and the growing demand for experts in new roles becomes increasingly evident.

In 2023 itself, our Projects and Infrastructure Practice Group (PIPG) closed many major deals that successfully made highlights in Indonesia’s energy and infrastructure sectors, among others:
- Financing of 510 MW Batang Toru hydro power project
- Development of 200 Mwp PV + 20 Mwh BESS Project to supply green energy for Nickel Industries’ smelter operations located in the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park.
- Refinancing of the Makassar – Parepare Railway Project.
- Cooperation on SEZ Sanur Project Cooperation with PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (HIN).
- Development of the Solar Power Plant in Belinyu, Bangka Belitung (PLTS Belinyu).
- Development of the Conversion of Simple Cycle Power Plant (SCPP) at Tanjung Uncang, Batam Into a Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) including its financing.
- Development of the 70 MW Wind Power Plant with 10 MW/10mwh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Tanah Laut, South Kalimantan.
- Financing of Blawan Ijen Geothermal Project.
- Financing of a Commercial Complex Which Consist of Hotel, Beach Club, and Marina in Labuan Bajo.
- Financing of Commercial and Industrial Solar (C&I) Projects Which Consists of Numbers of C&I Projects Across Java Island, Indonesia.
- Cooperation agreement between PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewables (IPRen), Trina Solar and Sinar Mas Group for the development of the largest Solar PV Manufacturing Plant in Indonesia.
- The Development for Coal Terminal Project in Kramasan, Palembang, South Sumatera
