ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2023: ESG-Advisory Law Firm of the Year, M&A Deal of the Year, Project Finance Deal of the Year, and Dealmaker of the Year
Marking 6 years of excellence, we are delighted to announce our triumph at the ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2023. Our journey has been nothing short of remarkable, marked not only by being named finalists but also by securing top positions in multiple prestigious categories of the award.
In the individual category, our Managing Partner, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda won ‘Dealmaker of the Year’, being one of the youngest lawyers in Indonesia to win this category. In law firm categories, we secured the first ever ‘ESG-Advisory Law Firm of the Year’ award and reached the top 5 nominees in ‘Arbitration Law Firm of the Year,’ ‘Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Law Firm of the Year,’ and ‘Indonesia Law Firm of the Year.’ Again, being the youngest law firm in Indonesia to reach this stage.
We also proudly clinched two prestigious ‘Deal of the Year’ categories, dominating both ‘Project Finance Deal of the Year’ award for the Project Financing of 510 MW Batang Toru Hydropower Project and ‘M&A Deal of the Year’ award for our involvement in the IDR53 trillion spin-off of Telkom’s Indihome Internet Broadband business to Telkomsel, creating the first ever Fixed Mobile Convergence platform in Indonesia and involving the transfer of more than 8 million customers and more than 2,000 contracts with vendors where we lead the transfer process and ensure a smooth transition. This is also our M&A Deal of the Year Award for the second year in a row, continuing our market leading activity in major M&A transactions.
