Asian Dispute Review Journal 2026
We are delighted to be featured in the April 2026 issue of the Asian Dispute Review, one of Asia’s leading journals on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution published by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
The contributing authors are Melati Siregar, Senior Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Focus Group, together with Associates Reandy Summa Justitio and Nathanael Eljuhar Tarigan. Their article, featured in the Jurisdiction Focus section, explains the legal framework governing arbitration in Indonesia and examines recent developments on the emerging practice of anti-enforcement lawsuits and the Constitutional Court’s recent ruling on the definition of an international arbitration award.
