  • Assisting EMLI in a Fuels Sales and Purchase Agreement (Fuels SPA) with PT Indika Energy Tbk (2018). Similar with BSA, the Fuels SPA is also a long-term agreement (~21 years) with the aim to increase the selling of EMLI’s fuel products in Indonesia (2018).
  • Assisting ExxonMobil Cepu Limited (Exxon) in a land acquisition project within the Cepu Block for the construction of Central Field Facilities Alternate Location in Banyu Urip Field (2008). Banyu Urip Field is Exxon’s vital project that currently produces around 200,000 barrels per day, equals to around 25% of the total national oil production in Indonesia.

 

Capital Market 

  • Representing PT Bank Permata Tbk (Bank Permata) (Issuer) in a domestic offer of IDR500 billion Subordinated Bonds due in 2016, listed on Surabaya Stock Exchange (now is Indonesia Stock Exchange). These were the first bonds issued in Indonesia that had to comply with the rules of the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA), as Bank Permata is a member of Standard Chartered Group (2006).
