We extend our congratulations to Kitabisa group for the succesfull relaunching of its SalingJaga program via its own Sharia-based insurance company, PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Kitabisa (formerly known as Amanah Githa).
Led by Pramudya A. Oktavinanda and Putu Raditya Nugraha, with support from our Senior Associate, Ajeng Ayuningtyas, and our Associates, Rahma Hanum Amalia and Jesseline Tiopan, we are proud to assist Kitabisa team in the whole process of acquiring Amanah Githa, covering due diligence, structuring of the transaction including the complex funding arrangement, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents, and legal assistance in obtaining the relevant OJK’s approval.
