Congratulations to PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) and Alam Energy by Shizen Energy Group for the signing of facility agreement for financing of Commercial and Industrial Solar (C&I) Projects which consists of numbers of C&I Projects across Java Island, Indonesia.
This transaction marks one of the first project financings for C&I Projects to be financed by Indonesian lenders within Indonesian market. This complexity of the financing involves different risk profiles, security structure, and milestones of the different projects and different locations, meanwhile the financing is granted through a portfolio project financing.
