We were happy to welcome students from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya to our office yesterday. Our Senior Partner and Head of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, Melati Siregar, and Senior Associate, Nikki Krisadtyo, delivered a guest lecture for the Conflict of Laws class. The lecture covered the intersection of numerous laws and regulations in arbitration, with a particular focus on the enforcement of and challenges against arbitral awards.

In addition to providing the guest lecture, Melati, Nikki, and Legal Assistant Muchamad Ahessa Zachary also gave insights on working as a lawyer and provided tips to kickstart a career in law. The session was closed with a lively discussion with the students.

It is an honor for us to be able to continue contributing to educational institutions in Indonesia. We would like to extend our gratitude to Prasetiya Mulya University and its students for the opportunity.
