Valeryan has played a pivotal role in advising the Ministry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia through its state-owned enterprise PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (PT SMI), on the development of significant Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. His work includes the West Semarang Water Supply System with a total investment of IDR 1.19 trillion, the West Java Water Supply System PPP with an estimated total investment of IDR 2.1 trillion, and the State College Hospital for Padjadjaran University with an estimated total investment of IDR 500 billion.

- Assisting PT Kharisma Catur Mandala (DUITKU), a payment gateway company, Indonesia, in its acquisition by Aspire, a Singapore-headquartered regional fintech.
