The project involves complex contractual documentation where there will be 8 construction contracts to be signed. Six contracts for civil works are design-build, lump-sum based on the FIDIC Yellow Book Conditions of Contract; the remaining two contracts for Electrical and Mechanical Works which are design-build, and fixed lump-sum based on the FIDIC Silver Book

  • Representing a state-owned company in relation to the negotiation and drafting of its US$114 million engineering, procurement & construction contract for the establishment of its captive coal-fired 2 x 35 MW power plants.

  • Representing a state-owned company in negotiating an EPC contract for construction of hot strip mill projects with a capacity of 1,500,000 metric tons per year.

  • Representing a state-owned company with respect to its proposed expansion of new cement production plants to be established at Central Java and West Sumatra.
