  • Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) on the acquisition of the guaranteed risk participation element of the Sidrap wind (Indonesia’s first utility scale wind farm) from SMBC in South Sulawesi, Indonesia.

  • JBIC, ADB, 14 international banks and four Indonesian banks on the USD3.745bn financing of an expansion of LNG Train (Train 3) of the Tangguh LNG Project in West Papua, Indonesia.
  • ExxonMobil Cepu Limited on its day-to-day operational legal issues (including template contracts drafting).

 

Construction

  • A subsidiary of PT Antam (Persero) Tbk in relation to EPC bid document for the construction of power plant and fuel handling facilities in East Halmahera (part of the Indonesia’s Economic Expansion and Acceleration Master Plan (MP3EI) project of the Papua – Maluku Islands Economic Corridor.
  • PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta in drafting and negotiating construction contract packages for the construction of the first mass rapid transit (MRT) transportation system in Indonesia. The project involves complex contractual documentation divided into eight contract packages (FIDIC-based).
