• SOE Group Restructuring – Assisting PT Pelindo Multi Terminal in the group restructuring, consisting of 10 subsidiaries from various business and several corporate actions (2023 – ongoing).
• SOE Group Restructuring – Assisting PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) in the business restructuring of 60 subsidiaries after the landmark merger of Pelindo I, Pelindo II, Pelindo III, and Pelindo IV (2022 – ongoing).
• SOE Group Restructuring – Assisting PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim and PT Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia in the corporate restructuring of PT Intan Sejahtera Utama, primarily involved in providing workforce and outsourcing services for various industries, particularly in the port and logistics sectors (2024 – ongoing).

• Gas Business Restructuring – Assisting PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk, in its business restructuring with PT Pertamina (Persero) to transfer the business of gas pipeline and gas fuelling station.
• Oil and Gas Project Financing – Assisting PT Pertamina EP Cepu for fulfilling the post-project obligation regarding US$1.85bn TBS Project Financing for the Development of Jambaran – Tiung Biru Unitized Field Gas Project (ongoing).
• Oil and Gas Joint Venture – Representing a Taiwan state-owned petroleum, natural gas, and gasoline enterprise for its proposed joint venture with an Indonesian oil and gas state-owned enterprise for developing a cracker plant business in Indonesia (ongoing).
• Nickel Mine Share Divestment – Representing an Indonesian nickel mining company in its share divestment in its operating entity (2022).
• Coal Mining Service Agreement – Assisting coal mining company in preparing coal mining service agreement with its contractors (2022).
