Ajeng obtained her law degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, with the cum laude honor. She was one of the most outstanding students in her class.

 

During her career, Ajeng has handled local and multinational companies in dealing with transactions and advisories on mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, anti-trust, foreign investment, general corporate matters, infrastructure, and intellectual property rights. She participated in a major acquisition of shares in a government-controlled toll road company in Indonesia by a major toll road company with a transaction value of approximately Rp1.7 trillion.

 

Ajeng is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Ajeng is also a member of the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA).
