We are proud to share that our Senior Partner, Kirana Sastrawijaya, and our Managing Partner, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda, were invited as speakers in the Masterclass Session: Bridging Law and Business – Strengthening Legal’s Strategic Impact held as part of the Pertamina Legal School Program.
During the session, Kirana shared her deep expertise on risk management within State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), particularly from the perspective of governance strategy and the practical challenges frequently encountered in implementing good corporate governance across SOE structures.
The discussion also delved into key themes including: (i) Practical implementation of risk management frameworks, (ii) application of the Business Judgment Rule, and (ii) The evolving regulatory landscape of Indonesia’s SOE Law (UU BUMN) — especially in light of the enactment of Law No. 1/2025 and its implications for SOE governance moving forward, as well as insights on further legislative amendments currently underway. A dynamic and insightful exchange that reinforces the importance of legal strategy as a cornerstone of business resilience and decision-making within SOEs.
