Ahmad Zakaria, our Head of Securities and Corporate Compliance Group, recently attended a series of General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS)—both Annual (AGMS) and Extraordinary (EGMS)—as a legal counsel for several prominent companies, including PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, and PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk.
These GMS were conducted seamlessly with active participation from shareholders both online and offline, resulting in the approval of all proposed agendas.
