Career Coaching Day – Berbagi Cerita bersama Legends ILUNI FHUI
Our Managing Partner, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda, had the honor of speaking at the ILUNI FHUI event “Berbagi Cerita bersama Legend”, where he took part in a special session themed “What They Don’t Teach in Law School: Essential Skills for the Future, Straight from the Legends.”
As an alumnus of FHUI, Pram spoke about the critical skills that go beyond textbooks. Drawing from his real-life experience as a legal professional, he highlighted the importance of adaptability, business sense, strategic thinking, effective communication, and most importantly, relentless energy and passion, in building a sustainable and impactful career in law.
Joining him on the panel were other inspiring speakers: Eddy soeparno, Vice Speaker of the MPR RI; Prita Laura, Chief Expert at the Presidential Communications Office; and Nico Kanter, President Director of PT ANTAM. Each came from a diverse background, bringing unique insights that made the conversation engaging and insightful.
As the youngest practitioner among the panelists, Pram brought a fresh perspective to the discussion, offering insights that resonate strongly with the next generation of legal professionals.
The session was more than just a discussion on skills. It was a sincere effort to motivate and prepare young legal professionals to navigate the dynamic and demanding realities of the legal world today. Through honest stories and practical guidance, the event offered valuable insights that rarely make it into the classroom.
