12th Internal Contract Drafting Competition 2024
We’re proud to share that our Managing Partner, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda, was invited as an expert speaker at the 12th Internal Contract Drafting Competition 2024, hosted by the Business Law Society Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia.
In his session, “Contract Drafting 101: Applying the Fundamentals to Your Contract,” Pram covered principles such as the General Conditions of Contracts and the complex dynamics between buyers and sellers. To give participants a hands-on experience, Pram introduced a case study for them to analyse and answer. After testing their responses, Pram shared insights based on real-world practice, demonstrating how these concepts are applied in the field and providing invaluable lessons from his professional experience.
To conclude, Pram awarded the “Best Participant” prize to the most active participant, encouraging engagement and critical thinking.
