We are delighted to share our recent participation in the Training on the Law of Energy and Mineral Resources 2024, hosted by the Business Law Society FH UI. This year’s training focused on the Indonesian Geothermal Power Purchase Agreement (PJBTL), and we were honored to share our expertise with a new generation of legal professionals.
Our session was led by Kirana Sastrawijaya, Senior Partner of our Projects and Infrastructure Practice Group, along with Yorda Lazuardi and Shafira Nadya Sembiring, Associates in the same group. They delved into the intricacies of PJBTL, covering its fundamental aspects, tariff structures, main provisions, and practical insights through a case study and clause review exercise.
