Client Training Program with HUMI
Our Senior Partner and Head of Projects and Extractive Industries Practice Group, Reggy Firmansyah, alongside Senior Associate, Nikki Krisadtyo, and Associates, Ramadinan Saptara and Shella Felicia, had the opportunity to share their expertise with PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) during a recent Client Training Program titled “Legal Insight for Non-Legal Practitioners in Business and Project Finance”. This specialized workshop aimed to equip our client with a thorough understanding of various legal aspects, including drafting agreements, project finance, dispute resolution, and anti-money laundering under Indonesian law.
During the session, Reggy, Nikki, Dinan, and Shella covered the intricacies of these legal aspects, offering practical advice and real-world examples from their extensive field experience. They discussed the regulatory framework as well as practical knowledge gained from their legal practice, providing participants with both theoretical and hands-on insights.
