Our Senior Partner, Putu Raditya Nugraha, and Associate, Yorda Lazuardi, had the pleasure of sharing their expertise with our valued client, PT Kalimantan Industrial Park Indonesia (KIPI), during one of our Client Training Programs titled “Electricity Project Financing in Indonesia: Concepts, Structures, and Documentation.” This workshop was tailored to provide our client with a deep understanding of how electricity projects are funded in Indonesia, covering the basics of how they work, their organizational setup, and the documentation involved.
During the session, Putu and Yorda discussed the ins and outs of project financing, offering practical advice and real-world examples specific to Indonesia. They talked about the changing rules and regulations, transaction structures, risk management, and the necessary paperwork to get things done.
