UMBRA x ICC Presentation
We are thrilled to have hosted a visit from ICC Arbitration, represented by the esteemed Tejus Chauhan (Director, Arbitration and ADR, South Asia) and Indiana Rai (Deputy Director, Arbitration and ADR, Indonesia). Tejus and Indiana provided insights on the cases that ICC handles and what makes ICC one of the leading arbitral institutions in the world. The session was closed with a lively discussion between our associates and Tejus on a few arbitration-related issues that they have come across in their practice.
We are grateful for our ever-closer relationship with ICC. Over the years, UMBRA has collaborated with ICC in a number of initiatives and events, which reflects our common goal to develop the arbitration practice in Indonesia.
