The discussion focused on the general concept of the World Bank Negative Pledge and its impact to security structure, the intricacies of share transfer restrictions under Regulation No. 48 of 2017, and the exploration of alternative financing models and solutions as we are the first firm that set out the precedent for new financing and hybrid security model acceptable to major international lenders and export credit agencies, solving the above challenges and allowing major electricity projects to be financed and built!
