Kantor Staf Presiden & ACEXI – Focus Carbon Group Discussion
Embarking on yet another insightful discussion on carbon trading, this time we had the privilege of sharing our expertise with the Executive Office of the President (Kantor Staf Presiden). Collaborating with the Association of Carbon Emission Experts Indonesia – ACEXI, our team members Kirana Sastrawijaya, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda, and Angela Vania Rustandi shed light on the evolving landscape of Indonesian carbon trading and the regulatory framework governing carbon exchange.
During this session, they underscored the existing opportunities and navigated through legal obstacles critical to accelerating the implementation of carbon trading and strengthening the carbon exchange infrastructure. Sharing the platform with other experts, who delved into the intricacies of MRV (monitoring, reporting, and verification), the interface between carbon trading and carbon tax, and international best practices, the discussion took on a dynamic and comprehensive character.
