Leadership Seminar PLN Group – Unlocking Excellence and Paving Ways for an Everlasting Institution: Six Agendas for Creating Exceptional Institutions
On 24 October 2023, our Managing Partner, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda, and supported by our Senior Partner of Power & Infrastructure, Kirana Sastrawijaya, were honoured to be invited by PT PLN (Persero) to give a talk titled: “Unlocking Excellence and Paving Ways for an Everlasting Institution: Six Agendas for Creating Exceptional Institutions” during “Acara Puncak Culture and Green Festival” of PLN that celebrates the best leaders and rangers from PLN Group that demonstrate their commitment in building a corporate culture that is best in class, best in region, in order to support that green energy for achieving net zero emission.
The main event was attended by the Deputy of Human Resources Management and Information Technology of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise, President Commissioner of PLN, Director of Legal and Human Capital Management and Director of Finance of PLN, and Board of Directors of PLN Subholding Companies, along with PLN group senior leaders and rangers with a total participant of more than 50,000 people via offline and online presence.
Pram talked about six agendas that are essential in building such an exceptional institution, namely, the Mission that acts as the primary guiding principle of the institution, the Obsession that drives the institution’s energy to fulfill the mission, the Planning that is necessary to channel the Obsession in the most effective way, the Culture that translate and solidifies the mission into daily operating practice and bonds group members together, the People who will act as culture carriers and decide the fate of the institution, and finally, the Infinite Game, being the concept that allows an exceptional institution to always think for the long term and avoid unethical moves to have quick win with future negative impacts to the Mission.
