On 26 September 2023, following a series of regulations issued by OJK and BEI in the last two months, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (Indonesia Stock Exchange/IDX) officially launched the most-anticipated Indonesia’s first carbon exchange (IDXCarbon). The inauguration of IDXCarbon stood as an important milestone for Indonesia’s decarbonization commitment.
