Talkshow TPPI: Duties and Responsibilities – Anti Fraud
We are absolutely delighted to have our Managing Partner, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda deliver his enlightening views on good corporate governance and business judgment rule in “Menjadi TPPI Bersih dari Korupsi dan Fraud Serta Tangguh dalam Berbisnis” held privately by PT Trans-Pacific Petrochemical Indotama (TPPI) to commemorate its 27th Anniversary.
Pram highlighted key issues that TPPI should be consider as a company that is part of state-owned enterprises group. Given the recent paradigm shift in practice regarding state’s economic loss, the discussion explored deeper the (i) theory, regulation, and challenges in business judgment rule implementation, (ii) restriction, developments, and exceptions regarding state’s economic loss, and (iii) implementation of good corporate governance within the scope of state-owned enterprises.
