Representing Yinson Renewables in the Acquisition of Ineco Solar
Our congratulations to Yinson Renewables for the closing of its acquisition of PT Ineco Solar Solutions (Ineco Solar)! A subsidiary of Yinson Holdings Berhad, an energy infrastructure and technology company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Yinson Renewables targets to become one of the leading clean energy independent power producers globally with its renewables footprint rapidly expanding. Meanwhile Ineco Solar is a well-established renewable energy company in Indonesia with projects across Bali, Gili, East Jawa and West Nusa Tenggara. The acquisition is set to help Ineco Solar in expanding its projects portfolio with all-in-one zero capital solutions and marks Yinson’s entry into the Indonesian renewable energy space.
