Energy Working Group “Changes to Development of Renewable Projects by Issuance of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) Regulation No. 4 of 2020 on The Use of Renewable Energy for Electricity Power Supply”

Sastrawijaya, to share and speak on “Changes to Development of Renewable Projects by Issuance of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) Regulation No. 4 of 2020 on The Use of Renewable Energy for Electricity Power Supply”.

In this event, Kirana delivered the main changes of MEMR 4/2020, and participated in the exciting discussion amongst the participants on, among others: (i) how the changes in MEMR 4/2020 may affect the procurement process for renewable energy in Indonesia; (ii) background issuance of MEMR 4/2020; (iii) how the changes in MEMR 4/2020 differ from, and affect, the provisions proposed to be incorporated in the draft presidential regulation on renewable projects which at this moment is being discussed amongst the related stakeholders.
