Workshop held by PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) titled Project Titan Post-Closing Action Plan
After successfully assisting Telkom Indonesia and PT. Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) in closing the acquisition and leaseback transaction of 2,100 telecommunication towers from Indosat Ooredoo on 20 December 2019 through a one-day closing mechanics (the first of its kind given the size of the deal), we were recently invited to speak in a workshop held by Mitratel to discuss the essential action plans for running the business post-closing from legal perspective.
This initiative is part of our integrative approach in handling our transactions to ensure that our clients receive proper assistance in all stages of a transaction cycle.
After all, in M&A deals, closing is simply a new beginning and post-integration work often decides the future success of the deal.
