APBI Legal Updates: Mergers and Acquisitions in Mining Industry

On 6 September 2018, our Senior Partners Reggy Firmansyah and Putu Raditya Nugraha delivered a seminar on “Merger and Acquisition Aspects in Mining Industry in the “APBI Legal Updates: Mergers and Acquisitions in Mining Industry” Seminar.

This event was the first seminar held by Legal&Advocacy Committee of Asosiasi Pengusaha Batubara Indonesia-Indonesian Coal Mining Association (APBI-ICMA) in collaboration with APBI Learning Center that aimed to share knowledge and keep the coal mining business actors updated with legal insights on mining related issues, particularly about M&A transactions.

The seminar, which included a lively Q&A and sharing session, addressed several sub-topics including basic concepts of M&A, transactional considerations from practical point of view, and financing consideration for M&A transactions. We were delighted to be given the opportunity to share our knowledge and hope our insights are beneficial to all attendees.
