Alternative Financing for Infrastructure, Energy and Telecommunication through Capital Market Instruments

On 6 September 2018, UMBRA and Crowe Indonesia hosted a joint-seminar entitled “Alternative Financing for Infrastructure, Energy and Telecommunication through Capital Market Instruments” at Royal Kuningan Hotel, Jakarta. Our partners, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda, Kirana Sastrawijaya, and Ahmad Zakaria and our associate, Paula Aprijanto, and directors and vice presidents from Crowe Indonesia, Heri Sunaryadi, Novita Lubis, and Muhammad Ikhwan Muslimin presented in this opportunity.
With focus on infrastructure, energy and telecommunication industries, the seminar aimed to provide insights on recent alternative financing options and stimulate strategic partnerships between UMBRA, Crowe Indonesia and the attendees. This seminar was delivered in four sessions discussing the latest update of infrastructure & energy regulation in Indonesia, disruption to telecommunication industry by digital technology, financing access through capital market and Initial Public Offering, offshore offering transaction through Rule 144A and Regulation S, and lastly, types of alternative investment funds in Indonesia.
Attended by more than 65 participants, the 5 hours seminar was lively with numerous questions exploring new opportunities in the industry and also the viable capital market financing options.
