TERM BLS FH UI 2018 – Understanding Mining Industry from Legal and Business Perspective

On 29 August 2018, our Senior Partners Reggy Firmansyah and Ahmad Zakaria presented in Training on Energy and Mineral Resources (TERM) BLS FH UI 2018 entitled “Legal Aspects of Merger & Acquisitions”.

This session is a series of annual event held by BLS FH UI, which aims to educate the participants on energy and mineral resources law. This year, TERM BLS FH UI raised a theme “Understanding Mining Industry from Legal and Business Perspective”, where we delivered materials on merger and acquisitions by foreign company, private company and state-owned enterprises with due consideration on mining laws and regulations, and peppered with a lively discussion on BUMN Holding in mining industry.
