On January 30, 2018, Kirana Sastrawijaya, the Senior Partner and Head of Project & Infrastructure practice of UMBRA, presented in a workshop organized by Hukumonline.com titled “The Strategy of Handling the Construction Contract and Construction Project Financing”.

The one-day workshop was held at Fraser Place, Jakarta, and attended by more than forty participants from various sectors. In the workshop, Kirana discussed among others the mandatory construction contract provisions, key terms of construction contract, construction project financing, dispute settlement, and an overview to FIDIC Standard Contract Documents.
