UMBRA’s Senior Partner, Putu Raditya Nugraha, presented in a workshop on the legal and practical aspects of M&A transactions for PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk.’s legal and commercial team members. The 3 hour workshop was packed with questions where we discussed, among others, the basic concept of M&A transactions, the overall process of conducting M&A transactions, various structures and key considerations in doing M&A, and crucial elements of the relevant transaction documents.
