Kirana D. Sastrawijaya (UMBRA’s Senior Partner) presented in a one-day workshop on Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Agreement at PT PJB Service, Surabaya. The training discussed basic contract drafting, general issues on O&M Agreement and Long Term Service Agreements, and regulatory and permitting issues on power operation and maintenance services.
