First of all, our Senior Partner, Putu Raditya Nugraha, will be taking a role as the Chairman of UMBRA – Strategic Legal Solutions. In his new position, Putu will spearhead our Firm’s external affairs, directing our strategic communication and cooperation with third parties, managing meaningful and supporting relationships at a senior level with diverse stakeholders from public and private sectors, and engaging constructively with fellow legal practitioners, colleagues, and professional organizations. Together with our Managing Partner, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda, they will be acting as the face of the Firm in raising our profile, credibility, and influence within Indonesia’s highly competitive legal industry.
Next, we welcome the promotion of our new homegrown Counsels, Ajeng Ayuningtyas and Dhea Gita Pramesti from our M&A Focus Group, Angela Vania Rustandi from our Law and Policy Focus Group, Ferin Chairysa from our Natural Resources and Projects Practice Group and Nikki Krisadtyo from our Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Together, these diverse set of lawyers represent the future generation of UMBRA as each of them brings a specific set of talents that complement each other in making us stay true to our ultimate commitment: getting things done for our clients.
Last but not least, we also welcome the promotion of Christofer Ruminsar from our Capital Market Practice Group and Jesseline Tiopan from our Banking & Finance Practice Group as our new Senior Associates. Both lawyers have demonstrated significant growth in terms of lawyering skills, and we trust that they will take an even bigger role in the future in developing and strengthening their core practice areas.
