Closing 2023 by closing another deal!
Congratulations to Indonesia Eximbank, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), and PT Indonesia Ferry Properti (a joint venture between PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) and PT PP (Persero) Tbk) for the signing of the financing agreement for the financing of a commercial complex which consist of hotel, beach club, and marina in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.
As one of the most visited tourist destinations in Indonesia, Labuan Bajo is expected to increase foreign exchange from foreign tourists and provide multiplier effect on relevant industries in Labuan Bajo, especially for micro, small, and medium enterprises in the region. This blended financing deal highlights the nature of Indonesia Eximbank, as a special mission vehicle of Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia, in providing export financing and guarantee to support the development of marina and tourism infrastructure in super priority tourism destinations as mandated by MOF Decree No. 272/2022.
