Our Managing Partner, Pramudya A. Oktavinanda, and our Counsel, Angela Vania Rustandi, had the honor of speaking at ALSA Training 2025, in a special session themed Creating Pathway to Success: Mastering Advanced Interview Techniques “Master the Interview, Secure your Opportunity.”
This training was designed to provide law students a real perspective on how to approach interviews with confidence and purpose. Pram and Angela shared practical tips based on their own experiences, highlighting how being well-prepared, self-aware, and authentic can make all the difference. It wasn’t just about knowing the right answers, but also about understanding how to present yourself clearly and effectively.
The session also featured a hands-on mock interview practice led by Angela and our Associate, Gracia Tiurmauli Syalomita, where participants received real-time feedback, an invaluable opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of what employers truly look for.
