In January 2025, the BANI Arbitration Center (BANI) issued the 2025 Arbitration Rules and Procedures (2025 BANI Rules – currently available only in Bahasa Indonesia). The 2025 BANI Rules introduce updates and refinements to the 2022 Arbitration Rules and Procedures (2022 BANI Rules). These updates and refinements bring BANI more in line with international best practices.
