Ahmad Zakaria, our Head of Securities and Corporate Compliance Group, recently attended the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for several prominent companies, including PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., and PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk in his capacity as a legal consultant. The AGMS were conducted efficiently with participation from shareholders both online and offline, culminating in the approval of all proposed agendas.
